Guide to poses with a sense of freedom

1. (Jeans + T-shirt):
Jump, lift legs, raise hands to hold a hat, run
Tips: Use high-speed continuous shooting to capture dynamics; the bigger the movements, the more natural they look!

2. (Dress + simple style):
Hold flowers/books, turn sideways, lower your head, show your back
Tips: Avoid looking directly at the lens; even when posing, pretend it's "inadvertent"

3. Core of relaxed feeling:
Don't be stiff! Tilt your head slightly, relax your shoulders, keep your body curved
Refer to P3 and P5: Motion blur can conversely add a sense of storytelling
