On August 8, 2025, 7Artisans officially released the full-frame autofocus lens AF 40mm F2, which supports Sony E, Nikon Z, and Leica L mounts. It is scheduled to go on sale at 17:00 on August 8.

- Utilizes Ultra-Low Dispersion (ED) and Aspherical (ASPH) lenses  
- Equipped with an aperture ring  
- Made of metal (including the lens hood)  
- Features a USB-C port on the rear cap for firmware updates  
- Lightweight, with a weight similar to the Nikon Z 40mm f/2, making it ideal for everyday carry
